OVIU was born from firsthand experience in the real estate industry and a simple observation: agents have valuable information that could become even more valuable when connected with the right people.

Every day, real estate professionals work with property listings and active client requests. Sometimes, the missing piece isn't another listing or another potential buyer.

It's knowing which fellow professional already has what you're looking for.

We wanted to create a dedicated space where these connections could happen more easily, without relying entirely on chance or personal networks.

Not to replace the relationships that make this industry work, but to help create more of them.

Introducing a Smarter Way to Collaborate

OVIU is a PropTech platform designed specifically for real estate professionals.

The concept is straightforward.

Agents add their property listings and active client requests to the platform. OVIU's Smart Matching technology then looks for potential connections between listings and requests, taking relevant property and client criteria into consideration.

When a promising match is identified, the professionals involved have an opportunity to explore a potential collaboration.

Importantly, OVIU isn't intended to be another public property portal.

The platform is built around professional matching rather than openly displaying everyone's portfolio. Agents retain control over whether to pursue a collaboration, with privacy playing an important role in the process.

We make the match. You make the deal.

Because technology can help identify opportunities, but successful transactions will always depend on the professionals behind them.

Building OVIU Together

In October 2026, we introduced the first Beta version of OVIU to the real estate community.

This initial version represents the beginning of a much bigger journey.

We're working directly with real estate professionals to understand how the platform performs in everyday use, gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and continue developing features that make collaboration easier.

We believe the people who will ultimately use OVIU should also have a voice in shaping its future.
